The guidelines listed provide our needs for presenting the program in
your school. Please feel free to print this page by clicking the button
above, and distribute.
- Tim will arrive at least 1 hour prior to the assembly starting time.
He will set up his own sound equipment and backdrop.
- Listed below are a few details to prepare the room for the program.
Tim Hannig's Daytime Assembly set-up details:
- Please use the parking
sign to direct Tim on where to park. Keep in mind that he has several
large, heavy, cases that must be loaded and unloaded. It will be important
to park as close as possible to the STAGE entrance.
- Please clear the stage and performing area. Please have 2 folding
chairs and 2 school desks (without chairs attached) in the room when
Tim arrives.
- If you are having the Family Night Show, and do NOT have a permanent
stage, then portable platforms need to be set up before the Daytime
show. A total of an 8x16 area is needed. (They normally come in four
4'x8' sections.) If you have questions or concerns about this, please
call our office at 1-800-227-3253.
- Plan to seat all students on the floor allowing a center aisle, with
chairs along the sides for seating of the teachers.
- If using a stage, please place a set of steps center stage, on the
floor, so that Tim and others have easy access to the stage during performance.
Chorus risers may be used, if no stairs are available.
- A 110V 3 prong outlet will be needed.
- It would be most helpful if a custodian or two older students could
help unload before the show and reload after the show. They will not
be out of class more than 15 minutes each time. A cart or dolly would
be much appreciated.
- IMPORTANT: Please inform any teacher/class
who may usually meet in the performing area (i.e. Physical Education
teacher) that PRO KIDS will need to start setting up 1 hour before the
start of the program. Please make sure that arrangements are made to
accommodate that class.
- If possible, please check the technical conditions of the performing
area (i.e. lights that are burned out, outlets that don't work, etc.)
Tim Hannig's PRO-KIDS Family Night Event set-up details:
In addition to the above details, the following guidelines are for our
FAMILY NIGHT presentation. Tim will arrive one hour and 15 minutes before
the Family Night starting time. Unless special arrangements have been
made, Tim will leave his equipment set up between the Daytime and Evening
Shows. Doors for the Family Night Show will open 15 minutes prior to
showtime.
- Set up chairs leaving a center aisle. Stairs will be needed as well.
- Start the first row of chairs within six feet of the performing stage.
Students will not be allowed to sit on the floor. They must be seated
with parents
after all, it's FAMILY night!
- Most schools do NOT serve refreshments. However, if you serve them,
please only serve them after the show.
Following these suggestions will help us to have a
successful, on time program!
If you have ANY questions or concerns regarding these details, please
call 1-800-227-3253.
Thank you!
